Old version google earth mu overlay

Hello all,

A while back someone posted a link to download the WMU boundries to GoogleEarth.
It worked great, adding red boundary lines to the program with the numbers of the units, and allowed you to zoom all the way in or out with no lag, while maintaining the red lines at any zoom level. It was far better than the new version, and the links for it are now too old.
I bought a new laptop and am wondering if anyone has this version downloaded that they would be kind enough to share... Thank you!

I'm no tech geek, maybe someone can build a tutorial like the one Slinky Pickle did for the old version

Wow thanks a lot works just like it used to. Way easier to use than new govt download imo
