Moose in Area 8-6

I will hunt whitetail and mule deer in this area a at least a couple weeks this year. I am wondering if it is worthwhile to put the moose draw in this area. Checking the LEH numbers, the ministry does allocate certain tags for us. I guess there must be some moose there. I have hunted the areas 3-12, which is separated by the highway 97. If one side has moose, the other side should as well. I might be wrong.

Any help is appreciated. There is a nice motel to live in, which make it an ideal place for hunting.

If you draw an 8-6 moose, and do your homework, it's a SLAMDUNK

Very good moose pops in 3-12, and decent in 8-6... as said, do your homework and you'll do well..

Ive seen cow moose in 8-5 and 8-4 as well

Hope the moose are doing ok there, as of February 1 the snow pack was 120% of average.
