Region 7 Moose

I haven't read much on here since the hullabaloo earlier in '22 surrounding the shutdown of moose hunting in Region 7. Did anyone even bother going out for the two 2-day GOS hunts in October or November. How about LEH success?

Moose numbers have been way up the last few years as near as I can tell from living in moose country. Wolf cull has been doing great things for ungulates here.

That will be fixed in the next few years! Lots of easy food coming for "ALL" predators!! moosin

If everyone dose there part and takes a coyote of a wolf or at least trys there would be waaaay more moose and elk to go around im not saying completely eliminate the wolves but definitely thin them out a bit I typical hunt wolves in January thru to March the hides are excellent and it helps reduce predators numbers just befor calfing season. Already gave a few coyotes the old dirt nap.
