Black Friday scope selection

Well as luck would have it im in a predicament, I just picked up a 110 ultralite in 6.5 prc and need a scope for it, with black Friday a few days away I had my eye on some but can't decide witch, the choices are zeiss conquest v4 w moa turret, swarovski z3 4x12x50 BT which comes with a free custom dial with purchase while the sale is running, or a leupold vx3i lrp 4.5-14x50 which is on sale for 699 which is a screaming price,i already run a z3 with bt on my 300wby and am please with it so any info on these scopes would be great. Or If there are other comparable options.
