3-18 & 3-19 any whitetail down?

Has anyone hunted logan / tunkwa area for whitetail this month?
Any game coming back since the fires?

heard of lots of action in and around tunkwa, the mecca!

I doubt there's any action around Tunkwa at all. Everything in the area including game was wiped out by the massive fire last year and all areas are completely closed to vehicles. We are talking a massive area. With that closed the pressure south of Logan has been relentless. I've lived and hunted hard in the area for 30 years and even my go to spots are barren. Haven't seen a buck this year and only a couple does and fawns. We got a bit of snow last night so maybe this morning.

Lots of white tail around Logan lake still, anyone who thinks there isn’t doesn’t get out of their truck for more than a piss.

there are more white tails around there than a lot of other places… throw up some cams.
I got my white tail on opening day not far from there..

This year 3-18 and 3-19 is packed with hunters. Weekends are really crowded. Even the work week is busy with hunters. Haven't seen this area this busy before. No buck sightings this October, which is unusual from my experience.
