Just got a young tasty buck for the freezer and going to cook the heart here.

What is you fella's favourite way to cook it for those who eat the heart? And those that don't I highly recommend you try it I will never leave one it a gut pile again!

Stuffed and slow roasted for me.

make a wild rice stuffing and as Nog said slow roasting is the way to go

sliced thin-ish, lightly dredged in seasoned flour, fry in cast iron with butter
