I won the LEH lottery and shot my Moose on day two of the hunt. Won't post pics or story thanks to a few on here that love putting people down to spruce themselves up. Eh ryo.
All the best to those out hunting.

Really I have seen nothing but good stuff directed at those who post up stories and pics, so this is very confusing... wait a minute did you just not post up a thread saying you harvested a moose? Why would you post it up then, what is your reason for posting ? I’m confused....

my guess is southern area closer to manning based on the hairy manzanita, trailing blackberry and alder in the photo...either way a fantastic eater...congrats again

Congrats on harvesting the tastiest beast in the woods, and thanks for posting. I was fortunate to win the lottery last year and harvest a similar sized bull and he was delicious. Enjoy!

Thank you!! I was taught to cut the throat to bleed as much out as possible. 2 to the boiler room and it went 15 feet.
Now that things have settled down I will taste some for lunch tomorrow. 7 families shared my moose.
