kechika 08

New to the site and looks great.... looking at going to the Kechika in 08 after a bunch of years of fly in's. Looking for some general info about the river and how it is to run. Not looking for secret spots just general info. Any help would be appreciated and PM are great.

A few years ago, I flew into Mayfield Lakes with Urs and then carried my 12' Zodiac over to the Gataga and floated out to the Kechika and eventually down to Fireside. Rained hard the whole trip but shot a nice 6 X 6 elk. Talk to Liard Air for more details.

Check your PM for a river boater that I know who plys the Kechika annually.
