This is in response to some pictures a buddy of mine (Wood Butcher)posted a few weeks ago of a big mulie I shot. For Hunter 1947 we green scored it at 219 (if we did it right) so you were off by one.... good one. it also was 38-39" at its widest, I will let you know how close we really were in a couple of months. here is another pic.1124

That thing looks like a s**t kicker. Wow...what a deer. Had you seen this guy before or was this the first time. I bet your heart was going when you saw him. Congratulations on a real beauty.

that is a killer buck good going man, i cant wait until next year,i no were those big boy,s live but havent had a chance to get back home in a few years,i have been hunting blacktails for the last few years,there a hard breed to figure out but me and shooter are starting to figure out there patterns, it only took me 12 years, and i am still learning,congrats.

Hey Bud ,21o271 ,i would love to see the head mount on this deer when you get it back from the taxidermist next year. To all this deer was posted back a while ago and is a larger pic of it. thanks for all the positive feed back, sorry but all I'm going to give is the standard "I got it in the Interior" because I'm definatly going back next year. Yes it was the first time I saw him,and when he stood up from his bed at about 100 yards I did start to shake and did so for about 5 minutes untill I could figure out what the hell was going on with his antlers and count points as I was looking through some fairly thick stuff. Any way the other pics were posted by Wood Butcher under Giant Non Typical
