Gypsum lake chataway area

Anyone taken a Cruze up the chataway dot lakes area in the last few years haven't been up since it got logged out from pine beetle used to be lots of life up there before they tried to make it a prairie

Spent last season trying to figure it out. Lotsa 15’ Christmas tree cuts now. Lotsa dudes on weekends running the roads. Fire took out some bush up to Tyner. Not sure if it’s site is open.

Lots of good bucks in there.

Not sure if any of the area is affected now by the massive Motor vehicle closures due to NDP siding with the FN to keep residents out.

Interesting I'll have to take a look. I was a young teen last time I was up there then I got really sad when they logged it all went back once and it was all cows everywhere so I never went back I hate cows

Scalped it good up there. Just about cried when we hiked the trail to Spaist Mountain from Pimainus through a clear cut a handful of years ago. Filled in a bit since then but nothing like the glory days
