Kusawa Lake...

Has anyone fished Kusawa Lake in the Yukon?
Planning a trip in that area this summer...

That Lake can get ugly in a hurry

Big lake and can get lumpy in a hurry. The campsite gets full on nice weekends (and during the week) but there are a few nice places to camp up past the narrows. It can be hit or miss but any lake trout techniques should get you a fish or two with a bit of effort. From a wildlife perspective you will probably see dalls and bears on the hillside.

Should be there last 2 weeks of June. No definite days yet.
Can you recommend any other lakes in that area?

ill be up in the yukon sept 2-5 before i fly back into bc for my trip. always fished bc but never yukon
