I am very excited to be picking up the newest addition to my family and my new hunting partner, he is now 8 weeks old and ready for pick up.
I decided to get the portuguese water dog because of how great of a all around dog they are, a hunting breed, very intelligent, hypoallergenic and have a very human like quality.
I am planning to enlist the experience of a local bird hunting dog trainer to help me teach him to retrieve birds and in the years to come hope to have many great stories to tell.
If anyone knows of a local trainer that could help a phone # would be appreciated.
