We've had our share of hunting glory - amazing adventures, huge antlers, close encounters and stunning mountain views.... this is not that. We've all been there - the slog, bad luck, the feeling of total failure...

I'm really proud of the girls; their perseverance, hard work, ability to suffer without complaint and eventually one perfect shot.... followed by some skillful meat care.
