This is my pig of a whitetail shot today in the east kootenays,, 150 yards off hand with a .300 win mag dropped him in his tracks,, while he had his nose up a does ass no real signs of rutting yet his neck is not swollen at all and hardly any stink so i am happy

Fantastic buck, he should score well I'd say close to, if not more than 170.

i will get him scored in a couple of days here but a few good guesses would be great i myself am gonna guess close to 160 but what do you guys think he is a 5x5 and he is pretty symetrical for sure and heavy but will post score soon thanks

Very nice whitey...nice tine length, good mass, symetrical, nice spread, excellent brows, long MB's......167....not a booner....makes British Columbia book for sure....awesome in anyone's "book". Congrats!

update fella's the deer scores 163 3/8 with 2 3/8's deductions so good guessing guys nobody was too far off way to go he is gonna be my first whitetail mount and better yet i am going to saskatchewan in a week and a half also i cannot wait

Great buck. Was he caggier than any of your other whities? Were you stand hunting or hiking around?Did you get your muly this year?

That's an awesome BC buck. Anything over 150 for a non-Peace buck is exceptional. Good on ya! That will make a sweet mount.

Expect to lose about 2 inches after the 60 day drying period (my 162 whitey did). Each measurement lost about 1/8 after 60 days.
