No other record of fuel purchase since the 21st? That would suggest to me that he intended to hunt in the vicinity of Merritt. Places like Frogmore Lakes in behind Surrey Lake. Walloper Lake. Maybe to the south-east of Merritt. Kentucky, Alleyne Lake area come to mind.

I tried to contact folks this am but couldn't? Don't know why was headed out to Likely ..the usual places for bear.lot try and help..local knowledge..but site wouldn't allow me to post ..hmm
