now that they have lifted the campfire ban I cannot find any info on the ORV ban put in place in aug does anyone have any insight as to when it might be lifted in areas other than where the existing bans under the regs are

I don't think there was any ORV bans put on, just an unspoken agreement to not go out and ride them unless needed.

I guess there could have been one in your area.

Yes there were lots of ORV bans in the province to reduce the risk of wildfire.

Most of them are probably now rescinded. They would be on your regional district website.
