Meat hanging in Kelowna

I stopped I. To illichmans to “tear the product”, and man is that a legit place. Unfortunately, the manager said that they aren’t able to hang wild meat there. Does anyone have amy go-to places to hang meet in Kelowna if they aren’t getting it processed right away?
