Goat help/ pointers

So goat has been on my bucket list for some time. A friend and I are talking about planning a goat trip next year. Problem is, I’m am islander and don’t have the opportunity to go scouting.

I am looking for suggestions on where to go. I have been looking at 6-17 because it appears that goat and thin horn are GOS but am definitely open to other suggestions. We are expecting to have to fly in.

any intel would be great. WMU, mountain ranges, bush plane companies, or other general pointers would be appreciated. Definitely not looking for someone’s secret spot but a starting point would be great.
