Clearwater to Mahood lake?

Is it reasonable to try to get to Mahood lake from Clearwater?
I'm a logger, so FSR's don't spook me, but if it's a labyrinth of forks and turns, it likely isn't worth the hassle tonight.

Its an easy drive. The main road from Clearwater is road 2 up past coldscaur, stay left at 30km. At something like 47-48km you stay right and within ~5-10km you come out on the Mahood lake road. There is the odd sign that will point you in the right direction. Its all good road.
