Bear ham recipes?

I’m really interested in making a smoked bear ham . Does anybody have any experience with this and possibly a good base line recipe? Thanks in advance BT1.

I'm interested too to make something like schinkenspeck.

4l water
1c brown sugar
3/4c kosher salt
1tbsp Curing salt (Morton Tender Quick in my case) per lb of meat.

Submerge the ham in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for a week.
Smoke it for a few hours.

I finish mine in the oven.
