Little Big Bar/Riley Dam Rec Site?

My brother and I are hopping off the Island Nov. 10th. Were planning to set up camp (wall tent) at either Little Big Bar Lake or Riley Dam rec site. Neither of us have been to this area before and wondering which site is more desireable? Also that being a long weekend, were also wondering as to the availability of any sites? We would not get there until Saturday afternoon.

I was by Riley Dam last year and it had been logged out due to the beetle kill - pretty open. There was someone that had camped there though. The 2 sites are not that far apart so i'd check them both and then decide
