Okay - so what's a "Dink Buck?" I've seen the term used alot lately - is it a Rut Buck? Please enlighten me...

Personally, I call em shit sh!t bucks, it varys for every hunters personal standards. But basically if its to small to shoot for your standards its a dink, or sh!t buck. One mans dink buck could easily be anothers dream buck!

No such thing as shit bucks.Dink is short for Dinky as in Dinky toys.Dinky toys have been known to grow up to be monster trucks ,just as dinky deer become monster bucks.Wow nice line,I should be a rapper:biggrin:

My two cents worth hear is that there is very little meat on a spike ,you might get 40 pounds of meat off an island deer. But if it was a mule deer spikier it still would be a dink buck ,but it would carry a lot more meat on it.
