Well I just recently picked up a Leupold vx-3i 3.5-10x40 cds-zl and I just ordered the new vx-3HD 3.5-10x40 cds-zl. I will put out a comparison review in a few weeks after I receive the new scope. If anyone has the new scope and would like to post their comparison between the two you're more than welcome

Just received today my VX3I 4.5-14 40mm CDS SIDE TURRET 30MM first leupold I've owned maybe I was expecting to much ,not a vx3hd but I do believe my bushnell 6500 side focus 1 inch same power is a lot more clear and it's at least 10 years old. Interested to see your comparison of the two.

i HAVE 3 VX3I SCOPES AND A NEW VX3HD,,CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE,,i ALSO HAVE AN HD5,,HUGE DIFFERENCE

I have the vx3i on my finnlight, beauty of a scope, all i have to compare with is a vx2, and an older vortex viper though, i like all 3. But likely selling the vx3i and going with a swaro next

I just put one on my 280ai and made the mistake of letting my wife look thru it, now another one will be on order soon enough.
