Here's a big 5 x 5 my buddy got with his bow in the Fraser Valley. Green score 131. Should be the new provincial P&Y record.

A friend of mine shot a blacktail in 1995, with a bow, on the island. It went 131 5/8 net i believe. I don't think 131 is gonna quite make the cut for p&y record. Gorgeous buck though!

That is definitely a dandy blacktail buck! From the looks of what he is wearing that has to be an urban buck. From the looks of the ground there seems to be lots of leaves. I am thinking an area with lots of deciduous trees. I would say Abbotsford area buck, maybe Sumas Mountain?
