Here are some pics of my successful October Stone Hunt. It was a real ass kicker of a hunt, but well worth it. I would do it again tomorrow if I could. Full curl, 36" 8 year old ram, taken with my 7-08 Browning and a great partner.

I will be getting crampons for Christmas this year, I hope. That would have made it easier.

He made it both ways.

Thanks for all the comments, I am really happy with him. 20 hard earned miles in extreme conditions. Mental toughness, drive and passion is what you need to get it done!;)

I'm sure he'd see you there sipping your hot chocolate and yelling at the refs with the rest of the Hockey Moms. :-P

Ursus is buyin' a quad, he's gonna shoot the next one in the middle of the road.

I am at the rink, just not when you are there SSS. The treadmill with a picture of a Ram on the Console is my motivation! The rams are in trouble again this year, the desire is constantly growing year after year!
FD, quads do not qualify in the Sheep Hunting Fraternity, that would be too easy!
Bl Stalker, 20 miles of Hiking in the snow in October. My partner and I were not leaving until we got it done, and were prepared to stay to do so. Carried the Ram out under extremely exhausting conditions, but well worth the Prize on my Bighorn Frame Pack! Bring on this year! Can't wait !!!
