So the hound tells me this morning, "Let's leave a few minutes earlier, since that guy smoked a nice buck right in front of us yesterday." Okay.

Then the hound says, "Let's not take our usually route, go check out where we saw all those tracks yesterday over in region 3." Okay.

Then right at first light he says, "There's a good eater right there, dump him!" Okay.

Always listen to the hound.

He's a wolfhound cross...they were bred as "sight hounds", so he can spot game really well.



Last time my dog talked to me I knew it was time to ease of the Whiskey.

What did she say, "Take me home before 3 am or my husband will wonder where I am"? :tongue:

The hound knows were the deer are ,he is expecting some reward for showing were to go ,i hope he get a treat as well. ,it will great tasting meat on you dinner table fisherdude.

Great dog....looks like he is quite proud or about to sport some wood look. Good on ya for getting that quick photo off before that happened.

If that was one of my hounds I would have shot him on the spot. If you want some "trash" hounds let me know, I know people with some! That Deer should be good eat'n though!
