Hey all......looking for feedback from anyone that's used this new (to me) "Web Services for Individuals", and using your bank as the Sign In Partner! Any issues with it? Any sudden withdrawl's draining your account by someone with the initial's J.T.?

I used it last year to renew my Rpal. Process was quick and simple, new license arrived less than 3 weeks after completion. No issues whatsoever

I used it as well for my renewal this year. Submitted online application Dec 18, received my new pal on January 7th.

It's fine. You can use it to sign into Revenue Canada too, as well as a few other places

I use it for the CRA and Service Canada. No issues. It's a clever idea to use a trusted intermediary to prove who you are.

Thanks all.........hackles went up when it prompted me to go into my online bank account.......WTF?!?! "This is a portal for JT to get in there isn't it?!?"

I did my online renewal application yesterday. I did not want to use my Sign-In partner so I used a GCKey that I had applied for a few weeks ago.
Very simple process. Had any email in minutes saying that they had received my application and that my payment was processed.
My son applied for his renewal in early January and received his PAL in less than two weeks.

My first attempt and it seemed the site was glitching as it accepted my sign in then re-routed me back to sign in again and again. A week later, no issues.

Use it regularly works 100% with never a problem. Really secures your access.

I keep getting an error returned - WebLogic Proxy Error, Invalid Response from an Upstream Server

Same error for me. Keep in mind that software updates and maintenance often happens on weekends in the evening. This applies to web servers everywhere. You should be out having fun.

No issues with the sign in partner. JT doesn’t need to sneak into your acoustic he just straight up takes your money.
