From what i read you have to be a BC resident to win ? You can't even purchase through internet if your out of province? That will limit the ticket purchasers. correct me if im wrong.

Must be in the province at the time of purchase, however do not have to be a resident. Its a BC gaming law. Understandably tough on a year full of lockdowns and travel restrictions as well.

And ya, sucks but no way around it with the BC gaming laws.

You can get a friend that lives in BC to buy it for you as well...or you could drive to BC buy it and then drive home....never even get out of your car as long as you crossed the border.
