Smoking Snowshoe Hare?

Hello,

Has anyone ever successfully smoked snowshoe hare? I have 6 in the freezer and want to try something other than "stew" and "curried". Very lean, so not sure how well it would do on a smoker... Any recipe suggestions?

Don't know for sure but Zig Zags likely won't hold up.

Look to Smoked Turkey or Chicken recipes, brine in special flavors, then smoke er up . Look into internal temperature for proper cooking
