Hey everyone. I have never hunted elk in November before. We are planning a trip for a few days for November 20th week. I hunted the area in early bow season. So I have scouted the area before. I am wondering what kind of strategy should we be focusing on? The area consists of good crop land and abundance of crown treed Bush and deep river coulees. The elk will have seen a lot of pressure over the last few months also

Expect them to be hitting the best food sources, likely any ag land. They could be bedding a mile away

I'm genuinely curious which WMU has open season for Elk in November? Or do you have an LEH? Not being pedantic, I'm relatively new to hunting and live in Kelowna, so all nearby WMUs have open season for elk in Sept - Oct.

Using "pedantic" on his very first post... the kid's got moxie

Thanks boilerroom! Indeed, shallow and pedantic. *swirls glass of brandy*
