4-34 Moose

Hello HBC,

After 8 years of trying I pulled at Kootenay moose draw in 4-34. I am somewhat familiar with the area and have seen the odd moose goat hunting up in the Bugaboos. My daughter has a goat draw in the same area, so I intend to spend a lot of time there come hunting season! 3 trips planned so far, both during the archery season and one month rifle season.

Any intel on the zone people are willing to share would be much appreciated.

No of a couple different friends that have drawin both moose and goat in the same unit.
The way things have been going think the bow season may be your best bet, the
one lady that has the draw has been out practicing ever weekend with the gun
but has never shot a crossbow but is keen to learn so may see how that goes.
There was a few hanging around the driftwood and vole creek last year.
will keep you posted with what we see.
