Glad they finally clarified the rules on snaring snowshoe hares. Can snare during open hunting season provided have hunting licence and have completed trapper education course. Can't use braided wire or wire over 20 gauge and can't use locking devices.

Always been interested in snaring a bunny. Trapper education course sounds like quite a hoop just to snare snowshare hare, but it also sounds like a good excuse to take the course :)
