Here's a few I've nailed that I figured were big enough for mounts. The others are going on plaques. The north Peace has some pretty fair whitetail hunting.

Some very nice bucks there, gang. I'm still looking for one as big as some shown above.

My biggest went just over 150; top left. There's a couple others in the picture in the 140's

My '05 buck was a 4x4 that scored 158 3/8" with 14 scoreable points and split brows. My '06 buck scored 176 1/8" was a 5x4 with 25" and 23" main beams and a 22 1/2" inside spread, over 9 inches on his brows, hasn't come back from the taxi's yet. My '07 buck was spotted ten days ago and he WILL be better...he's a very nice 6x6, outside his ears, I'm guessing him at at least 185. I've gotten quite spoiled since moving to northern alberta... I now think 150 class deers are small.

I don't hunt them anymore ( at least the past 5 years) but I took this 140+ 5x5 buck in 8-13 a few years back.

Nothing big enough for the wall for me yet.
My biggest to date is my '06 whitey that grossed 138"(my buck is in the front of the pic)

http://usera.imagecave.com/BrentT/RemeberanceDay5Pts017.jpg

I did have a "brush with greatness" in 2005 when I took my sheep hunting partner into my secret whitey spot and he shot this pig. 178" gross I believe.
I'll get him back this year when we go to Saskatchewan:cool:.

This is my largest Whitey, a West Kootenay buck.

He had a broken tine so the way he sits he Nets 140

If he didn't have a broken tine he would have grossed 161 and netted 152 if I recall correctly.

I keep them penned up in the back yard, that 4 foot fence is all you need, if you keep them happy they won't jump out:tongue: seriously though the field photo's suck so I did a little photo session at home in the back yard,
here's a field photo for you

Hey SSS

Brambles thinks he's pretty clever! Shoot the high fence buck and then take it up into the mountains, put it in the snow, splatter some blood around, lay the rifle on it and take its picture. Ingenious!

Wow, some NICE bucks there boys! I don't get to hunt whitey (vermin) much, 'cause I usually used up my brownie points and am in the doghouse by November. I did sneak out for the last day of the season last year and shot the "Zip-Strap" buck (see bottom left corner... DOH!)

#3 Pope and young in Wyoming- gross 169, net 152- sort of a baby compared to your big Canada monsters- It did make the top ten overall that year for velvet bucks.
