Just got back 5-02A. Hunted 6am to 7pm for 6 days. Saw 4 cows and one bull who was 5 seconds away from not living..Rut is on and fresh tracks daily but you have to be in the right spot at the right time.I wasn't.. Try Gustafson and Snag Lake areas if your draw is for 5-02 A.. Good luck.

was just there thanksgiving weekend - u have to really search for them critters - the signs are all over the place that they are moving around - we saw tracks and poop everywhere but them critters were playing hide and seek really well - good luck

A nice fork and a doe that didnt want to leave, and were about 15 feet from me

a field full of does...there is a spike buck there, just cant remeber which one he is anymore

Also rut must be on nicely cause i called this bull in no problem.
He came running.

I didnt have a tag so he is still there too.

Saw a couple cows with calves so that is bodes well for next year

I had a doe tag and filled that, as well as bagging my first 4 point

moose seem to still be in rut..bucks are playing hide in seek..well the BIG 200 point thats playing dumb ass games with me.....saw 6 bucks harvested in a VERY small area by a group of guys and several doe draw leh's..

We were up in Sept for 5 days, did not see one moose, not even any cows or calves. Lots of does, a couple of spike bucks but not nearly as much game as in previous years. We did see an army of hunters on quads and logging trucks starting at 3:00 AM every day. In past years it was unusual not to hear gunshots now and then, but not this year. I am going around Kamloops next year for sure.
