Craving Caribou

After a great but harvestless trip to Spatsizi last year, I'm still itching to bring home a caribou. This year I am planning a fly-in trip north from Dease. I've read the forums but seem to be experiencing analysis paralysis as I go round and round on google earth. If anybody is willing to share some recent experience or general knowledge of the Kawdy area I would be most grateful.

Lots of lakes up that way with caribou around, moose too. It is spectacular country, don't overthink it!

He’s right. Pick one and go. We’ve killed some off most lakes between Kawdy and Jennings River.
