Error 404 with the link. In English, what is this about ?

Pretty much exactly what the title says. Canadian government has some proposals to change the migratory bird regulations. For BC there is just a change in the duck calendar for Okanagan and then there is a change to the waterfowler heritage days that is already in the BC government proposals.
