leaves, needles, twigs, dirt, etc could compromise the slide in hunting application. Also wood no good with moisture obviously. pretty cool tho

I can easy see that being made carbon fibre or something similar maybe some wiskers to keep the debris out of the slot. Very smart and likely will see it in the marketplace for kids, beginners and disabled folks its perfect
