Game Cutting class in Kelowna on November 24th

I am looking to get in touch with someone in the Kelowna area who will have filled their WT or Muley tag around the third week of November and would like to have their deer professionally butchered at minimal cost. The deer will be used for a game cutting demonstration in front of a class on Sunday, November 24th in Kelowna. The butchered deer will then be returned to you ready for the freezer in vacuum sealed cryovac bags. We can discuss in advance how the deer will be broken down. What a great offer. Where are you holding the classes through ? It is a new multi-event space in downtown Kelowna. We will be offering a wide variety of classes on everything food [ and beverage ] related.
