Not to much of a story with this guy, I went out looking for elk early in the afternoon and spotted 3 bucks from about a km away that needed some investigating. I closed the distance to 350 yards and let a 160 grain partition fly from the 7mm. Dropped him in his tracks.

I had a corridor to shoot down, this was right at the tree line.

it was my longest shot to date, I had a good rest and I use the Boone and Crockett reticle on my leupold. It works awesome!

he was on the edge of a cut line, I dropped him in his tracks and in my excitement I went to him to quick and he got up and took a few steps into the trees.
