I have not really hunted sheep,so I have a questions.If a mature bighorn or stone sheep brooms both horns and is less than 1/2'' from showing full curl he is illegal in a full curl season but legal in a mature ram season can someone clarify this and explain the diffrences and why they dont just have a mature ram season instead of the full curl in some areas.?
