I was thinking about picking up some of the screw in type scope covers for my VX-III. Has anybody had any experience with them? I just want to see if they are worth buying before I order them.

I have the leupy alumina flip back covers, they work way better than the butler creek. At that price they had better! The magnetic seal is strong.

I've got the the "raincoat " kit for my VXII the do work good, I haven't been in a real downpour (thankfully!!) but they should be just fine if I do.

Now as much I despise E-bay, I got mine there for $45 with the buck the way it is, you should be able to get them 1/2 price over anything in Canada

the Alumina covers are a nice setup, but Butler Creeks work just fine for me (although I avoid the see-thru models) and are 1/4 the price

However, someone mentioned that Bartell is a big fan of other see-thru items in hunting camp. No elaboration necessary.

Now that I thik about it, I am sure someone will complain that stalking is a serious crime and we shoudln't be making jokes about it...:-P:-P

Gate is right, unlawful stalking is a serious crime and we shouldn't be joking about it. Wearing your wife's stockings is permitted throughout Canada and most US states, so BHF you should be fine as long as you stay north of the border.
