Unless Im missing something, if it's classified as a National Park, no. That said, there is a precedent for FN to be allowed.

With parks belief of let wild fire burn they had better get their check books out with all the private lands in and adjacent to the park. Once a fire gets moving in that sage and grass they take heavy equipment to stop - not a line on the map.

Only seems fair , it's only to make tourist dollars from the Asians and to give the FNs a high fenced hunting reserve.

Let's hope some wicked forest fires roll through and cleanse that area.
