Well, decided to take the family out for another drive about, to see if we could find a Bear. The Inlaws are visting from NL, and been out with me a few times. We've seen bears, but not able to get a shot off. Until today!! First we went to a place where a freind of mine saw 4 yesterday, guess how many we saw?!!! "0"....So then I thought about a spot were a buddy at work had been seeing a couple of bears hanging out. On our drive up we got a quick look at 1, but he was off like a gunshot!! Than on our way down about 400m past where we had seen the first one, another ran across the road, It gave me one chance and I conected!.....He's not a big guy by any means, but he's only my second bear ever!!.....Enjoy the pics and thanks for listening!!!

Nice work PP!! So is it sausage bound or what?

By the way I tagged a region 5 meat buck yesterday. I figured I cant catch fish at Sheridan so I killed a deer instead.

Good job !man.

Not sure, I'm ~180, when we hung him(hide off) I'm thinking ~130ish!?!....For the bear hunters out there he was 4'9" Not sure how much a bear that size would go!

PP,
Way to Go Man!!!! Nice way to start the fall season off eh? Had to hold Cody back on a couple yesterday. Seems they are definately out and about now. Thought we'd see some more bears today, but only saw a whack of chickens instead.
