Who repairs Zeiss?

Well, due to a lack of diligence on my part my Zeiss 7X42's hit the floor hard enough to jam the adjustable eye piece. :cry:

Don't think I can pass that off as a warrantee issue.

Any idea on who repairs Zeiss? Google showed a place in Ontario (GenTech?) but any other place a little closer?

Send them to Zeiss, you would be surprised what they will cover. They are pretty good.

I know that Fishers Hardware in Vernon is the rep for Ziess in this area.

Thanks for the links. I contacted Zeiss in the US and, for any future reference, they are having me ship the bino's through GenTec in Ontario.

Apparently GenTec (who is the Canadian distributor for Zeiss) looks the customs issues and forwards them to the Zeiss facility in the US.
