Moose and deer in 7-24

We are off to 7-24 between PG and MacKenzie for moose and/or deer in early Oct. We have never hunted that area and wanted to ask if anyone knows what it's like up there for moose and deer. Any information is greatly appreciated and we promise lots of pictures if we get something.

hunted that area there's moose there only saw 1 deer .
check your moose for immature tapeworms if you get one there in the meat on some of them .had to through out a whole moose one year

Both are there in good numbers but the bush is very very thick. Good luck.

Are tapeworms commonly found in moose from there?

low deer numbers and heavy moose winterkill, from what I heard

I was out last weekend on the other side of the highway and seen 5 moose 3 bulls and 2 cows they were calling decent in the mornings. This weekend should be prime for calling out a big bull.

i was told about 205 of the moose have them but not to the extent that this on did more so around fort st john i was told
