Need help finding video on why hunting wolves is necessary

Hi there

A few months ago, I watched a video of a bearded American sitting around and lecturing to some students. In it , he had a point where he basically said that it was humans or wolves, it couldn't be both. He said it in a more persuasive and educated way, obviously .
