I have googled it but can't find any information on where to get one of these. (aside from a government agent) When are they issued?

Assuming you mean the Fraser Valley Special Area regs....The 07/08 Regs weren't out as of Friday. Any MOE office will have stacks of them, as should most fish/hunt stores.

They are usually issued right about now.

u can go to any fish/gun stores and get it .only around $10 :D

Just to clarify - the Regs are free - the licence is 10$ and change.

Great to hear! I thought you had to go to a government agent to get it
