Hi Folks got my sheep draw this year for Spatsizi just wondering if anyone has any personal knowledge on access to the area is it possible to get a quad through the wash out at the Klappan? Or better to book a flight ASAP? Thanks in advance

You'll be flying most likely.
Try the search feature on the forum,,,,plenty of previous discussion on Spatzizi

Fly in, no guarantee on quad access due to washout or blockade. Though I think there is less likely chance for blockade now that moose has gone LEH along the Klappan.

You'll most likely be flying... Good luck though!

Last year ATVs were getting past the washout. Who knows what spring flood will bring but I would guess that someone will keep finding a way to cut a trail around the washout even if it continues to get worse (which it will).

Considering going on a sheep hunt in the Klappan area, does anyone know where the wash out is?? Can you give co-ordinates of the location of the wash out.

Or how many kilometers is the washout (south??) from the bridge. on the Ealue Lake Road?????

Thanks for your Help

KM 22 last time I was up there.

You won't get a truck past but ATVs will no problem

Based on the way it was 2 years ago, I wouldnt try with my sidekick.

Everyone I saw was just running ATVs in and trailers no wider than the bike.
