Me and my lady are going to be looking for a house to rent in a few months and I figured id put the feelers out here because I am in the process of buying 2 cougar/bear dogs. Now those of us that live in the lower mainland know how hard it is to find a place as it is much less when you involve a couple dogs.
The dogs will live primarily out doors in a kennel set up based on what space allows but will be inside in the evenings/night. Or some days they will come to work with me.
Our budget will be around the 2500 dollar max and we will be looking for June 1st or within a few months after.
So if you have a space that you would like to rent to a fellow outdoorsman feel free to shoot me a PM, txt or phone call.

Thanks

hmm take price of dogs put towards down payment.

2500 a month including taxes and utilities gives you 400k buying power.

$400k will get you nothing decent down here. Maybe a shitty townhouse.

if you dont own a house a shitty town house is a start.

my first house was a shitty town house in squamish pre olympics...
once they expanded the highway i made a healthy profit at only age 20 and it has set me up for the rest of my lifes investments.
