Osoyoos Hunting

Hi,

I found out that I'll be working in the area this Fall and it seems like a good spot to get some hunting of various game in. I like to hunt turkey and deer, but never have hunted whitetail before. How far outside of town do you need to drive to get into some good hunting habitat with FSR access?

The town is hunter friendly and only need to drive 5 minutes either way to find some dirt to walk on

Big Mulies top of Mount Kabou(SP), Whitetails Anarcist Summit. Elk in the mountains on the east side of the OK valley.

Any direction east to manning park and west to Alberta on any highway you will find plenty of game. Carry every tag and get a little off the road
